My name is Heather and I am a web and graphic designer who moonlights as an astrologer. I have been studying/doing astrology since 1999 and use it for business as well as all other areas of my life since it is good to know the trends going on in your life so you can act with confidence or hold back in a lean time.
I use electional astrology to find the most beneficial time to take action. For example, scheduling meetings, sending off a newsletter, going on a trip. It all helps to know to know the times to maximize your benefits.
I use horary astrology for specific questions. It is kind of like the tarot of astrology or throwing runes. Asking a question at a specific time will give you the answer by looking at a chart drawn up from the exact moment.
Yes, that is my chart up there…cancer sun, capricorn moon and rising. And, as you can see from my pic…it must be the saturn in aries as my chart ruler, as well as mars conjunct my sun that gives me such an hot and spicy aura…:)

Surely you didn’t forget about Mars opposition AC?!
If you will, I can advise you on how to change that aura colors, red is not that good a color, shows predominance of the lower chakras. One should look for Rose, Green or Gold as aura colors, the first two are the colors of the Heart Chakra ruled by Venus and Gold is the color of Unconditional Love / Christ Consciousness.
I notice you use Kairon on Mac OS9. I also have it running on a surviving tangerine iBook which only does that single application. Aren’t those charts lovely?!
I am an astrologer and learning about Elections. Looking to starting a spiritual healing web site, I wonder what aster do you use as significator? Mercury or Jupiter? I read somewhere someone uses Uranus but I find that not quite on target. Which house, 3rd or 9th?!

Do you do charts for people and what do you charge. I also have a natal chart that was done for me in the eighties I would love to have reinterpreted for me by someone in the know. I am a Reiki practioner and a witch. How can I learn astrology. I use runes and tarot and have always wanted to learn to do charts but have never found a teacher.
